职位描述：
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES总体职责
Enforce and implement the safety, health and environmental policies as well as procedures stipulated by the organization and local government. Assist in establishing of the EHS management system. Improve the safety management level and eliminate on-site hazards.

A. DUTIES基本职责
1. Learn, understand and implement the EHS policies, procedures and standards of the organization and local government.
2. Compile safety policies and procedures, assist in establishing and developing organization’s environmental safety and health management system.
3. Conduct or coordinate the safety and first aid training to educate all employees about safety policies, laws and practices.
4. EHS inspection and follow up the corrective action of non-compliance.
5. Conduct the incident/accident investigation, prepare investigation report and follow up the corrective and preventative action.
6. Prepare for the required certification audit and annual inspection made by relevant local government regulatory setups and the 3rd party.
7. Drive 6S improvement
8. Join global EHS meeting and share best practice
9. Continuously improve people engagement for safety and 5S

B. PERSONAL PROFILE个人要求
1. Education教育背景: Bachelor degree in environment science/engineering or occupational safety and health.

2. Experience工作经历: At least 5 years professional EHS experience in multinational companies.

3. Critical Dimensions/Skills必要条件/技能:
1) Good command of written and spoken English.
2) Good communication skills and computer skills.
3) Able to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities.
4) Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
5) Certified Safety Officer is preferred.
