The candidate is responsible for sales order entries and maintenance, shipment release, inventory management and forecast order management. The incumbent reports to the CS Manager
Job Duties
-Input sales order and arrange shipment
-Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain healthy level of inventory
-Handle pre-order and sample request
-Deal with customers’ enquiries to increase customers’ satisfaction
-Forecast order management
-Payment settlement
Job Requirements
-Degree holder in any discipline with at least 1 year experience in sales co-ordination or customer service role
-MUST BE proficient in English with CET Level 4 or above
-Knowledge on semiconductor product with experience to provide on time delivery to customers and enhance customer satisfaction level are strongly preferred
-Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Good time management skills and PC literacy on Microsoft Office applications
-Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
-Proven multi-tasking skill
-Working in Dalian
Candidate with more customer service working experience in semi-conductor industry will be considered in higher position
