职位描述
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES总体责任:
Actively participate as key team member on NPD Team designing ，responsible for new product development and follow NPD process to provide high value products customers worldwide. Qualifying sourced products per marketing and sales plans.
作为新产品开发团队的关键成员积极主动参与产品的设计开发，负责并遵循新产品开发流程完成新产品的开发，按照世界各地客户的要求提供高价值的产品解决 方案。
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任: Include the following:
4.1 Develop design documentation, including engineering drawings and Bills Of Materials for the release of
product, create specification of sub assemblies and components including sheet metal, plastics socket etc.
开发设计文档，包括产品发放所需要的工程图纸，材料清单等，建立子装配和部品包括钣金，塑料件，插座等的规格.
4.2 Support purchasing for product cost control and maintain.
支持采购对产品成本进行控制并维护
4.3 Follow product development schedule and follow the tasks to ensure product delivery on time.
遵循产品开发计划并跟踪相关任务以确保产品按时递交
4.4 Be responsible to create product test spec and support test engineer for engineering prototype and DVT test .
负责建立产品测试规格并协助测试工程师完成工程样机及小批试作样机的测试验证
4.5 Participate in new tooling parts qualification and parts maintenance follow.
参与新模具部品的认证和部品的跟踪维护。
4.6 Assist primary vendor qualification.
协助初步的供应商认证
4.7 Interface with NPD industrialization engineers to introduce new products to the factory.，ensure the product
production meet quality goal.
作为新产品产业化工程师的接口介绍新产品给生产厂商，确保产品制造符合质量要求
4.8 Interface with electrical and firmware engineers during design phase to complete new product develop..
在设计阶段作为接口和电子，软件工程师合作完成新产品的开发。
5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
5.1 Assist Tech. supervisor to create and maintain PDM, NPD and other process relate product development.
协助技术主管建立并维护 PDM，NPD以及和产品开发相关的流程
5.2 Participate ISO and High Tech enterprise application and audit, complete related tasks.
参与 ISO和高新企业的申请和审查并完成相关任务
5.3 Complete other tasks which are assigned by manager.
完成经理布置的其他任务。
6.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:日常工作关系

7.0 REQUIREMENTS:
7.1 Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or 5years related experience..
大学本科毕业或5 年以上相关工作经验
7.2 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and MSOffice software.
熟练操作OFFICE 操作。
7.3 Excellent communication skills ,verbal and written in English and Chinese
良好的中英文沟通能力
7.4 Be familiar with NPD and program management.
熟悉新产品开发和流程管理经验
7.5 Be familiar with Solidworks skill。
熟悉Solisworks 的使用
7.6 Be familiar with the socket, stamping, injection and packaging technical.
熟悉插座，冲压，注塑及包装技术
7.7 Basic electric knowledge is preferred.
具有基础电子知识将会优先考虑
7.8 Basic compliance knowledge is preferred.
具有基础的安规知识将会优先考虑
7.9 Independent working ability and positive attitude is necessary.
