职位描述
1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Engineering Manager
2.0 Supervises 监管:无
3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a cross-functional team to deliver and support NPD for customers worldwide. Create and own new product definitions and program plans. Motivate and direct team as required to execute program plans and follow design process.
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:
4.1 Work with Management to have program staffed appropriately
4.2 Manage programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product through the design process, and into a finished state for internal or external customers
4.3 Create and own program plan (schedule, resources) to meet program expectations, ensure quality on time delivery
4.4 Contribute to creating the product definition
4.5 Coordinate all support activities to meet NPD contract deliverables
4.6 Execute and implement all work aligned with the NPD process
4.7 Educate team on NPD process
4.8 Report status of program activity to all stakeholders (e.g., management, support functions)
4.9 Communicate change in project to departmental and cross functional teams
4.10 Responsible for program metrics
4.11 Identify root cause of problems, offers solutions to resolve issues
4.12 Interface with Cross-functional teams and Corporate to continuously improve the NPD processes
4.13 Responsible for performance reviews in partnership with managers
5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
5.1 Participate in new team member hiring
5.2 Participate in ISO and High Tech enterprise application and audit, complete related tasks.
5.3 Lead/assign competitive products evaluations
5.4 Other duties as assigned .

7.0 REQUIREMENTS:
7.1 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
7.2 4+ years design work experience for NPD.
7.3 4+ years of program management and the direct management of technical people；
7.4 Excellent leadership, communications, listening, conflict management and interpersonal skills
7.5 Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills
7.6 Excellent decision-making and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
7.7 PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
7.8 Basic Financial knowledge
7.9 Work with minimal supervision
7.10 PMP Certified is preferred
7.11 Fluent in Oral and Written English
7.12 Think globally and communicate effectively at all levels
