职位描述

Primary Objectives:

To responsible for overall office management affairs.

Major Area of Accountability:

1. To receive phone calls, express and greet visitors
2. To book hotels, flight tickets and arrange cars for overseas visitors and support office staff's travelling needs
3. To coordinate with office suppliers to arrange stationary, courier, name card, plant, coffee, tea, sundries, etc.
4. To work with cleaners to maintain a neat and tidy office environment
5. To work with team to tidy up sample room
6. To support for local staff and expatriates' need including work visa arrangements, insurance, housing etc.
7. To cross check and apply payments for office suppliers including telephone line, company mobile, car expense, etc.
8. Other related works assigned by supervisor


Preferred Qualifications:
Education/ Experience:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 2 years related experience in Reception or Administration
3. Proficient computer skills and familiar with relevant software such as MS Office Suite
4. Good written and oral English skill and communication skill
