职位描述
1 REPORTS TO 报告给: Quality Assurance Manager
2 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任: Include the following:
2.1 Participate in the potential supplier evaluation and development, especially to perform on electronic components, PCBA supplier for project.
2.2 Initiate the audit report and lead the improvement activities in suppliers. Monitor the supplier and sub-contractors performance as part of supplier scorecard, including monthly feedback.
2.3 Define Quality agreement, set up and follow up the quality targets with supplier, monitor the delivery quality performance.
2.4 Participate, communicate and support a cross function team about purchasing strategy and supplier selection.
2.5 Prevent and solve the quality issue, potential risk identification and report to Quality Assurance Team
ICT/FCT tools qualification
2.6 Identify opportunities for improvements and drive vendors to make continual improvement. Corrective Action Report to vendor and follow up the whole problem solving process, ensure the root causes are identified and the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

4 Requirement:
4.1 Bachelor degree or above, majored in electronics, electricity or relevant.
4.2 Preferred 3-5 years experience in foreign company or PCBA EMS Manufacturing in quality control, better in power electronics field
4.3 Have a practical and theoretical understanding of quality related fundamentals. Knowledge of Quality tools: Six sigma, SPC, 8D, 5 why, PPAP, PFMEA…
4.4 Good communication and problem solving skills, such as 7-step problem-solving and PDCA…
4.5 Quality system auditor certification & IPC-A-610E standard certificated are prefered
4.6 Good communication skill, good command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking.
4.7 Good understanding of quality management and supplier quality management.
4.8 Travel is required.
