Job Responsibility:
? 领导酒店康乐中心的日常运营
? Lead the daily recreation operations at a resort hotel.
? 保证安全流程被准确执行，使安全水平达到顶尖水准
? Ensure safe practices are consistently executed, keeping safety the top priority.
? 负责游泳池水体质量，整体娱乐体验，并且满足游客对服务的预期期望
? Responsible for overall water quality, recreation experience, and ensures exceptional guest service delivery.
? 确保整体战略和计划在日常运营中被正确执行
? Ensure overall strategies and goals are embedded in the operation.
? 管理日常的财务运营，包括人力花费和其他花费
? Oversee day-to-day financial operations to include labor and other expenses
? 与游客、演职人员和外部的服务供应商沟通，使游客获得快捷便利的娱乐体验和***的服务。
? Interact with Guests, Cast Members and partners on a daily basis to ensure a seamless experience and delivery of superb service.
? 第一时间回应处理休闲娱乐管理区域发生的游客事件
? Designated as a first responder for Guest issues and incidents in recreation venues at the resort.
Job Qualifications:
? 能够完成救生员、专业水上救援、水上设备运营认证和埃利斯联合救生员的培训，并保持相关资格的有效性
? Ability to complete and maintain Certified Pool Operator, Lifeguard, Aquatic Rescue Professional, an Aquatic Facilities Operator certifications
? 具有领导和运营经验
? Proven leadership and operational experience
? 具有在运营中提升对客服务水平的技巧
? Demonstrated operational Guest service experience and Guest service skills
? 具有很强的口头和书面沟通能力
? Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
