职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1.Import Customs declaration/CIQ for bounded engine/parts: timely prepare documents and delivery to customs broker; track clearance process and coordinate occurred problems; abnormal timely warning; ensure smooth clearance.
2.Support customs supervisor of the bounded process. Record process and online operation of Processing-trade electronic handbook (E-handbook) and electronic account (E-account), based on business needs to complete application and track progress to finish on time; record data maintenance.
3.Familiar with process of Deep-processing carry business, finish operation of engines export carry forward, customs clearance & CIQ, including paper documents preparation and submission, electronic reporting application and approval tracking, etc.
4.Keep in touch with business related factory (e.g. VCCD), timely check the delivery and receive quantity to ensure consistency.
5.Monthly inventory control: Lead the monthly bounded inventory check with Production, Quality, Finance, Warehouse and Inventory control team; Handle the related SAP data query and export; update Monthly Balance Analysis Report.
6.According to the inventory data, regularly finish application of domestic product declaration, coordinate and track Finance to pay taxes and postponed tax interest.
7.Customs regularly check: According to Customs requirements, coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, MP&L and other related departments for preparation work and accept check; related; summarize, track verification, and timely report.
8.Verification and E-handbook/account closure: Familiar with process, timely account import/export/consumption/waste/inventory quantity of bounded engine and parts, check with Customs and then close E-handbook/account.
9. Record for related issues accordingly;
10. Give instructions and share experience to the customs clerks in the team.
11. Be backup to other position in customs team;
12. Working task which is arranged by direct supervisor.

1.料件进口环节报关/报检：及时准备清关、商检单据并递送至报关行；跟踪报关行报关进度，及时协调遇到的相关问题；异常时及时报警。确保货物顺利清关；
2.协助关务主管制定加工贸易流程。加工贸易电子手册及电子账册的备案及网上操作流程，根据业务需要及时完成申报，并跟踪进度，确保按时完成，并负责后期的数据维护。
3.深加工结转业务操作流程，根据公司业务需要完成发动机的结转及出口结关的具体操作，包括纸质单据的完成及递交、和电子化申报的操作和审批跟踪。
4.保持与转入客户工厂业务接口同事的联系，及时核对成品发/收货单的数量，确保一致。
5. 月度盘点工作：主导月度与生产、质量、财务、仓库及库控共同完成保税料件和成品的盘点；熟悉并操作SAP相关数据的查询及导出；及时更新《月核销平衡表》并完成差异分析。
6.根据盘点数据，定时完成内销成品的集中内销申报，协调并跟踪财务及时补交税金和缓税利息。
7.海关定期核查：根据海关要求，负责协调生产、质量、财务及物流等相关部门做好相关准备工作并接受核查；核查结束后及时总结并跟踪需要整改的内容，及时上报。
8.核销：熟悉核销流程，及时核算保税料件和成品的进口、出口及耗用数据并向海关报核并跟踪结案。
9.按要求做好问题记录。
10．对组内的关务专员进行指导及经验分享。
11．作为关务组其他岗位的backup。
12．直接领导安排的其他工作。
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above；Work experience with Processing-trade or other bounded business.
2.English: Have good reading and writing skills, fluency in oral communication.
3.Software: Skilled user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
4.Others: Good coordination ability.
