职位描述

1.0 REPORT TO: General Manager

2.0 SUPERVISES: QSE, SQE, PQEs


3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You are responsible of the Quality Systems setting up and the standard of process, to make sure the effective operation and cost control of executive. You should oversee the quality management system of our OEM vendor and to keep interact with internal and external to improve the product quality. You also are responsible for customer audit and related quality issues and utilize resource to continually improve product quality.


4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:

4.1 Formulate strategies, standards and procedures for company quality system setup.

4.2 Develop and setup Supplier Quality Management System and set quality targets in alignment with the Procurement and Quality Policy of the company.

4.3 Create, implement and control the appropriate procedures, guidelines and tools to control the efficiency of the Supplier in order to meet cost, quality and productivity targets of the purchasing, quality processes.

4.4 Work closely with our OEM vendor and keep interact with related external and internal departments to support on operation & audit and to improve the product quality.

4.5 Manage your team and drive implementation for achieving the whole team’s KPI. Coach staff on application of quality tools to improve supplier quality performance.

4.6 Responsible for company quality system/procedure setup on obtaining and audit of ISO 9001, 14001 etc.

4.7 Support on all product safety, Industrial Standard qualification

5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1 Work with HR team and Management team on staffing , training and performance issues

5.2 KPI Implementation

5.3 Other duties as assigned by company management.

7.0 REQUIREMENTS:

7.1 Background in Engineering, electronics is ideal.

7.2 Managerial experience with at least 5 years hands on experience in quality management.

7.3 Strong background in the use of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 6 Sigma, statistical defect analysis methodology)

7.4 Good knowledge and experience of FCT, PCBA, molding.


7.5 Experience in quality management system of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100 are preferred.

7.6 Good communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate leadership skill.

7.7 Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing. Experience in multi-nation company is a plus.
