Job Title : Quality System Engineer 质量体系工程师
Base in Shanghai

1.0 REPORTS TO 报告给: Quality Assurance Manager

2.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:

2.1 Owner for Quality Management System, responsible for overall process including Design, NPI, manufacturing, and marketing/sales etc..

2.2 To be in charge of ISO9001 setup, daily maintenance and operating control, and ensure QM’s suitability, sufficiency and effectiveness, and make sure that QMS will continuously meet standard and customer’s requirements

负责公司的整个质量管理体系ISO9001的建立，日常维护和运行控制, 保证公司质量管理体系的适宜性、充分性和有效性，确保质量管理体系持续满足标准及客户要求

2.3 To Assist MR and head of every department, establish and complete all process and follow-up related things

协助管理者代表及各部门负责人，建立和完善公司各项管理体系并对各项事务跟踪检查

2.4 To work out the standard, and manage to optimize, issue, scrap etc.

公司标准的制定、改定、发放、作废申请书接收管理，文件台帐维持管理

2.5 Organize the management review, quality planning and daily monitoring related implement and close them effectively

组织管理评审、质量策划，日常对管理体系运行及有关规范执行情况进行监督检查、闭环

2.6 Organize internal & external audit, and accept customer’s audit, and follow-up all findings

组织内部、外部质量审核，接受顾客的质量审查，跟踪各项审核进程及不符合项闭环，完成审核报告

2.7 Collect related data and analyze them, and provide proposals to improve our process and product quality

根据质量部工作所得的各种数据、资料，做出深入分析，提出流程改善建议，特别是对信息反馈、质量事故（问题）中暴露出来的流程缺陷组织整改

2.8 To be in charge of improving employee’s quality concept, including planning and performing quality activities, and organize related quality tools and processes training to employees

负责质量意识的提高，包括质量活动的策划和实施，公司流程文件的培训

2.9 To make the annual certification schedule

制定年度认证计划

2.10 Check, supervise and technical support for QMS

对公司质量体系运行情况检查、监管与技术支持

2.11 To be in charge of external liaison related to QMS

负责涉及质量体系等相关事宜的外部联络

2.12 Other tasks are assigned by supervisor

完成上级领导交待的各项工作

3.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

3.1 Quality Assurance Manager
3.2 QA Function members
3.3 R&D and Engineering Dept members
3.4 HR and Marketing/sales department
3.5 External customer and certification institutes

4.0 Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronics, electricity or relevant quality management.

2. Preferred 3-5 years experience in foreign company or Design/Manufacturing in quality system management, better in power electronics field;

3. Have a practical and theoretical understanding of quality related fundamentals. Knowledge of Quality tools: Six sigma, SPC, 8D, 5 why, PFMEA…

4. Good communication and problem solving skills, such as 7-step problem-solving and PDCA…

5. Strong in decision making and good understanding of quality management system process and gained ISO9001:2008 certificated

6. Good English communication skills
