职位描述
1 REPORTS TO报告给: Technical Supervisor
2 SUPERVISES : none
3 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide regulatory engineering review, planning, testing and report for PDU(Power Distribution Unit) products and Electroninc Control products of PDU. Be responsible for the execution of regulatory approval activities for the group. Work requires expert knowledge of safety and EMC regulatory standards, engineering skill, and independent judgment.
4 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, Include the following:
4.1 Train appropriate product development staff on regulatory requirements and test methods.
4.2 Lead all needed regulatory tests (within capability of internal lab) and administration work in China R&D team.
4.3 Gain regulatory certifications on new and newly revised products; including TUV, UL, CSA, FCC, VCCI, and VDE etc.
4.4 Coordinate the testing of new products in outside certified laboratories.
4.5 Support laboratory equipment needs and records upkeep.
4.6 Support follow up activities in factory locations as required.
4.7 Learn new regulatory standards and document relevant interpretations.
4.8 Other duties as required.
5 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
5.1 Participate in new team member hiring
5.2 Participate in ISO and High Tech enterprise application and audit, complete related tasks.
5.3 Lead/assign competitive products evaluations
5.4 Other duties as assigned

7 REQUIREMENTS:
7.1 3+ yrs experience in compliance engineering function. Socket, breaker or other electric component compliance experience is preferred.
7.2 Expert command of requirements in Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive,
7.3 Excellent English verbal and written skills
7.4 PC software proficiency(Excel, Word)
7.5 EE background preferable (not mandatory.)
