职位描述
1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Supply Chain Manager
2.0 SUPERVISES: No
3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate, bargain with suppliers and make price comparison among suppliers in order to achieve procurement goals. In accordance with the approved purchase request, implement specific procurement procedure and systematic quality and cost control work.
4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:
4.1 Follow ERP demand and take procurement activities..
4.2 Confirm the open PO with the supplier, make sure of on-time delivery and meet the company's needs
4.3 Maintain the good relationship with suppliers and review their performance, ensure suppliers to understand our requirement and implement our standards
4.4 Quote for new parts, track the FAIR; ensure the best price and delivery, support purchasing leader to develop new suppliers.
4.5 Work closely with suppliers and cross function internally to ensure the purchased parts on time.
4.6 Coordinate on the payment issue.
4.7 Maintain and update the item data, make sure of the data integrity and accuracy in ERP system.
4.8 According to the production planning, deal with the slow/dead materials and inventory reduction, ensure the inventory under target.
5.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
5.1 Supply Chain Dept. Staff
5.2 External suppliers and internal purchasing team
6.0 REQUIREMENTS:
6.1 Diploma in business/purchasing/planning
6.2 3-5 years of experience from purchasing activities preferable in electrical/electronics
6.3 Excellent planning and organizational skills.
6.4 A Self-Starter with demonstrated strong decision making abilities and strong problem solving skills
6.5 Strong team work, effective interpersonal and communication skills
6.6 Knowledge and professional of office tools and office organization.
6.7 Good English speaking and writing.
