职位描述
1.0 REPORTS TO: SFM- Senior Finance Manager
2.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position will need to manage the daily issues about the working of financial analysis, such as analysis the financial statements and assist SFM to go along the lines of earning money through productivity, controlled resources and investment management .And analyze the financial date of organizations that related our product and operating and help in decision making of financial issues, and so on.
3.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 To the company whole financial and operational situation analysis, make written report.
3.2 The company's assets, liabilities, owners' equity situation analysis of concrete quantification, through comparison during, found that the problem and abnormal put forward rational Suggestions.
3.3 To budget, costs, plan for the receipt and expenditure of funds are analyzed, and the abnormal situation matures and puts forward some Suggestions.
3.4 Responsible for submission related financial statements, ensure accurate and timely, reports, including (but not limited to): the balance sheet, income statement, the profit distribution table, the cash flow statement, cost analysis tables, trend analysis form etc.
3.5 Analysis company income, profit realization condition, puts forward reasonable Suggestions.
3.6 To the internal control system, the report summarized the implementation and puts forward some Suggestions and measures.
3.7 To plan and foresee the marketing activities by the data comes from company and industry.
3.8 Familiar with ERP system and office software.
3.9 Grasp at China GAAP and financial regulations and financial management.
3.10 Familiar with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
3.11 Any other task assigned by FSM.
4.0 PRINCIPLE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
4.1 FSM
4.2 Financial department staff and Subsidiary Corporation staff in finance
4.3 The staff out of financial department in our company.
4.4 The staff out of our company.
5.0 REQUIREMENTS:
5.1 Fluency in English and Chinese, especially write in English.
5.2 With a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and accounting, statistics, etc.
5.3 No less than 5 years' solid working experiences in Finance with at least 3 years experience in Financial Analysis, especially works 2 years in factory.
5.4 Strong team spirit and ability to communicate with all levels of staff in all business units.
5.5 Keeping reminding on the latest trends and techniques in the field of financial analysis.
5.6 Familiar with financial and accounting software tools and skilled in the use of analysis tools, such as spreadsheets and different statistical software to analyze the facts of the reports.
5.7 Multinational/ US based company experience is a must.
5.8 Proactive and able to work under time pressure and meet deadlines consistently, High potential in profession and basic management sense.
