职位描述

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: GM

2.0 SUPERVISES: Planning, Procurement, Distribution and Logistics

3.0 OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The supply chain manager is responsible for overseeing all the steps that comprise the supply chain process, from its raw material form to the point at which it is available for sale. The position must make sure that the supply chain is effective, on time and cost effective; ensure that the financial objectives set by the company have been met properly.


4.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

4.1 Looks after the process which includes the planning of Procurement, OEM Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Distribution and logistics base on the requirements of forecast/orders.


4.2 Ensures each step of the process is being performed effectively so as to rule out lost sales opportunity and costly delays.


4.3 Constantly communicates with key personnel and line managers in other departments of the company and OEM manufacturer to ensure that they understand objectives.


4.4 Directs, trains and assists subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.


4.5 Supports component/part vendors sourcing, developing and purchasing activities for new product development.


4.6 Develops policies and procedures for the supply chain related activities.


4.7 Conducts ongoing cost reduction and process improvement.


4.8 Maintains good relationships with vendors/clients and ensures that the flow of materials/products remain unhampered.


4.9 Arranges the distribution of the product and ensure the sales can be achieved effectively.


4.10 Identifies and reports any quality or compliance concerns and takes immediate corrective action as required.


5.0 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

5.1 Work with HR team and Management team on staffing , training and performance issues


5.2 KPI Implementation.


5.3 Other duties as assigned by company leadership team.

7.0 REQUIREMENTS:


7.1 Fluency in English and Chinese.


7.2 University or Post graduate in Supply Chain Management or a related field.


7.3 No less than 8 years solid working experiences in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, etc.) with at least 5 years experience in Managerial Positions.


7.4 Strong strategic agility to analyze competitive environment and industry trends to drive proper supply chain strategy.


7.5 Excellent negotiation skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop vendor/client relationships.


7.6 Have good understanding on law, rule and regulation in the respect of Import and Export affairs.


7.7 Strong people management skills and good team working abilities.


7.8 Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments.


7.9 Excellent communication and facilitation skills


7.10 High level computer skills.
