1. Assist CEO to coordinate with all functional heads for business objective and company plan alignment.
协助总裁完成与各部门主管的协调工作以完成商业目标和公司的合作。
2. Consolidate projects initiated by all function heads and help CEO arrange regular management meeting to update project progress and results.
归整各部门提出的计划，协助总裁完成经理会议，以更新计划进展和结果。
3. Assist CEO in business document compiling and translation such as routine business report, correspondence letter and company announcement.
协助总裁归整商业文档并且翻译日常商业报告，通信联络和公司公文。
4. Help CEO to setup itinerary for various meeting, business trip and appointment with customers.
协助总裁完成各项会议的起草筹备工作，安排商业出差和与客人的会面。
5. To be responsible for CEO daily administration work
协助支持总裁日常行政工作
6. Presentation slides preparation for meeting and events; various documents & reports review, consolidation and summarization
制作完成会议报告；各种文件文档制作；制作报告；记录摘要
7. Other tasks assigned by CEO.

任职资格
- Bachelor degree and above
- More than 3 years relevant working experience
- Strong language skill of Chinese, English, Japanese, in written and spoken
- Had experience of working as secretary/assistant of CEO or top executive with solid record
