职位描述：
配合梅赛德斯-奔驰文化中心商业经理完成年度招商和活动执行。

主要工作职责：

1) 招商执行。根据场馆的商业设施定位，寻找潜在客户，在完成年度招商指标。
Find potential tenants according to the retail merchandising plan, execute leasing and achieve annual KPI
2) 商业活动企划执行。在公司预算内寻找和洽谈活动公司、品牌商，策划和实施季节性主题活动、短期商业活动，商业促销活动。
Plan and implement retail marketing activation(Themed events, event shop, sales promotion) according to the annual marketing KPI. Look for event vendors, brands etc; able to execute in the company’s budget frame.
3) 独立完成方案沟通、报价，带看场地，以及进行商务合作条件交涉
Offer, propose, and lead the inspection of venue independently. Negotiate commercial terms independently.
4) 商业日常物业管理，提供租户服务，租户运营协调
Retail property management, provide tenant service, and coordinate tenant operation with operation department
5) 为租赁场地的重建开发提供建设性意见。
Utilize retail consulting resources and advise on re-development of retail space.
6) 完成合同签订手续、开票支付管理，完成合同执行
Process contracting, billing, monitor contract performance
7) 定期实施市场调查、同类型或相近类型的商业调查和租金策略建议;
Research the market regularly, investigate commercial of similar type, and advise retail strategies; 举报 分享
