DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Daily work including T&E; Site support for AP, Treasury & Tax;
RMO; Month end closing activities and monitor GBS's performance;
Forecast activities; Year end activities, such as Local audit etc
Support to labor union;



Daily Work:

* T&E Validation (Original invoice validation etc) ,T&E issue
tracking and policy update;

* Tax in site support, including delivery the document to TB and
communicate with TB if need;

* RMO: Site finance owner;

* AP in site support, including VAT invoice authentication and loading
in Tian; Following up other AP issue; site Non PO application for
finance related;

* Treasury in site support and monitor GBS's
performance;



Month end closing activities:

* Including prepare the month end closing schedule and meeting with
GBS, monitor GBS's performance;

* Prepare the draft P&L report for site review; CFA input for 035;
Other following up under month end closing;



Forecast activities:

* NWC forecast and uploading in OLS and Cash target preparation;



Year end activities:

* Local audit support, Other audit support required by government if
need;

* Support to labor union
