Position Focus:
Senior Industrial Engineering Engineer oversees and takes responsibilities for the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, procedures and standards. Relies on extensive experience and knowledge to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
Management Scope:

Job Description:
? Interface with the product engineer (R&D) regarding follow-up of the product conception: from the acquisition phase till SOP (+ 6 month) whenever necessary and ensure product manufacturing feasibility
? Participate new project RFQ, provide manufacturing plan including investment, space and headcount
? Work with facility engineer to lead new green field project implementation and expansion projects with site search, site selection, process & equipment design, layout design, utilities planning, manpower planning, method training for workforce, establishment of infrastructure etc.
? Design manufacturing process and prepare all the documentations such as process flow chart, layout, PFMEA, standard work instruction, etc
? Design production equipment specifications, select the cost effective supplier, follow-up equipment build process, install and accept the equipment
? Take responsibility for efficiency & productivity improvement in plants thru continuous improvement.
? Support plant production

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above in Industrial engineering
? At least 8 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment out of which at least 3 years in automotive industry.
? At least 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering leadership position.
? Standard time analysis skill is required, MOST, MTM or equivalent certification preferred
? Systematic Layout Design experience
? Solid project management skills along with great communication skills in cross-functional organization, budgeting, time management and problem-solving abilities.
? Familiar with Automotive requirements and standards – APQP tools & TS16949 etc.
? Good command of English, both oral and written.
? Proficiency with MS Office, and other industrial project management software, such as MS Project, AUTOCAD etc.
? Strong understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma
? Cross cultural and international experience preferred.
