Job Description:
Responsible for Lincoln parts hotline daily operation, tracking dealer order status via system, quick response for hotline. Contact SCM(Supply Chain Management) team and PDC (Parts distribution Center) team to get response for any question. Support dealer’s customer service operation. Support PS&L(Parts Supply and Logistic) to deliver the best in class equal consumer experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor
Doctorate
Master
MBA
Post Doctorate
No. of years of experience: Fresher
Area of professional exposure(technical skills): Preferred major in Automobile, Supply Chain and Logistics, Business Administration. 
Functional Skills: Fluent spoken and written in both English and Chinese. Proactive team player. 
Job specific skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
