Key Roles and Responsibilities

In charge of AP PTME Programs Committed Cost and department Admin Cost documents:
? Lead and track AP PTME Programs Committed Cost to support monthly SoMP process, coordinate cost and HPU various and explanation details to PTME leaderships.
? In charge of PTME budget and collect actual spending on travels. Support GME cost collection and JV Billing.
? Lead to manage PTME Administrative Budget with MFG Finance based on approved Head count target and function’s submission inputs.
? Track actual cost spending in terms of travel, Purchased service of GMS and training, GME billing.
 
Conduct AP PTME Governance Meetings

? Conduct AP PTME meetings governance with PTME functional leaders and other department leaders in terms of Operation Committee Meeting (OCM), All Employee Meeting, Skip Level Meeting etc.
? Facilitate various Executive meetings by preparing the documents libraries, agendas, guest speakers and staff materials.
? Lead to update Timing and date Management: Assistant the scheduling for department director and managers, Schedule meetings as required: Operation, ME, Organization, SAR, Programs reviews.
? Coordinate Global function leadership visit schedule.
? In charge of AP PTME SharePoint and Maintain Data base Website.
? Maintain department follow-up folder and open action list.
? Maintain calendar for 90 days Look ahead key activities.
 
Lead AP PTME Staffing affairs

? Prepare and draft AP PTME Newsletter with internal functions input and Global PTME output and publish monthly.
? Manage annual Reward & Recognition in terms of: TMM, Job#1 Celebrations, Planning PMM Certificates and others Awards.
? Assist Business travel’s Visa process per business needs.
 
 
Candidate Specification
? Education Qualification: Engineering/Business/Finance Degree with relevant experience.  
 
No. of Years of Experience 
? With minimum 3-year manufacturing or business experience
 
? High proficiency in English communication & correspondence
? Good business mindset
? Ability to conduct detailed Manufacturing planning analysis and conclude clear direction
? Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization 

Preferred previous experiences 
? Automotive Powertrain Manufacturing preferred.
? Business Development and Planning
? Finance background  
 
Functional Skills
Good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, file management, meeting coordination, and interpersonal & communication skills
Basic knowledge and practical experience with powertrain manufacturing; engineering, production, or planning
