职位描述：
Manage company assets at maximum achievable value, ensure that they are at a marketable industrial standard; negotiate and manage transactions as member of a deal team with a key focus on reducing aircraft down time, transfer costs and ownership risk.
Key Duties:
? Negotiate LOIs and final contracts from technical perspective with a main focus on delivery / return conditions and mitigation of risk, in line with the company’s guidelines and standards, in order to protect the company’s interest, to reduce cost and maximize the customer’s asset value
? Analyze customer specific requirements and resulting impact on potential and existing deals in terms of technical cost and ownership risk
? Arrange, control and ensure timely performance of aircraft audits and due diligences for the company’s customers
? Arrange, control, negotiate and ensure on-time aircraft (re)-deliveries and satisfied customers at lowest cost to the company, within the approved budget, with minimum aircraft downtime and maximum marketability of the aircraft, while continuously seeking opportunities to further reduce expenditures below budgeted amounts
? Arrange and negotiate the acquisition of parts, engineering services and consultancy to enable (re)- deliveries to occur within the approved budgets for the company’s customers
? Advice Fleet Management on the suitability of maintenance facilities, subcontractors and consultants, for contracting out work

Requirements:
? Experience in a similar role in an aircraft MRO, Airlines or leasing company
? Broad knowledge of aircraft, maintenance and regulatory requirements with ability to understand the details and judge the commercial impact
? Project management experience with proven skills
? Applicants will ideally hold a CAAC/FAA/EASA license/certificate or relevant engineering qualifications.
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Minimum of a relevant Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ work experience in the aviation technical field including a minimum of 5 years in a similar leasing role,Or an alternative relevant technical qualification with 12 years’ work experience in the aviation technical field including a minimum of 5 years in a similar leasing role.
