职位描述：
Add new orders in ARENA system (QFU and PFU)after receiving the PO from buyer or Assistant merchandiser
Update the QFU and PFU according to signed PI, after Assistant merchandiser validation.
Ask vendors for the production schedule (cc toAssistant merchandiser). Check it according to PI, and updateit in QFU and PFU.
Send updated QFU to each ARENA client (Ally)before leaving office.
Push supplier for getting the production plan.
Send inspection booking form to supplier according to QS instruction.
Help QS to apply for and obtain inspection at vendor’s sites.
Update the shipment release certificate (SRC) date in PFU according to QS instruction.
Double check that the PFU contains all the correct information, including the PO & PI receive date & exact value and SRC date.
Collect all shipping docs from each supplier and send to overseas logistic or Ally coordinator.

Update inspection invoice follow-up and send the original invoice to head office (before end of each month).

Create reports on turnover for each month and send itto each Ally for verification (before the 10th of each month, and send final correct turnover to head office before 15th of month).

Join a group a 4 dynamic staff with knowledgeable team leader
