职位描述：
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Primary responsibility aimed at scheduling, performing, analyzing data, and documenting product validation tests for R&D, NPI development, and product changes.
? Assist in test development (software and hardware) to perform product validation testing on high-complexity, leading-edge products in time to meet aggressive product launch schedules.
? Document results in the form of technical reports for internal and external customers.
? Willing to make short travels to Wuxi for supporting purpose.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience): Finisar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
? BS (5 yrs experience) or MS (3 yrs experience) in EE/Engr. Physics or equivalent field.
? Technically capable of setting up and executing optical & RF characterization tests and collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.
? Hands on lab debugging/measuring skills using oscilloscopes, communication analyzers, logic analyzers, etc.
? Organized and able to schedule and provide technical direction to test technicians.
? Good written skills to document results with diligence and high level of data integrity.
? Good verbal communication skills to ensure effective interface with R&D engineers within Shanghai organization as well as collaborate with test/PVT engineers in other Finisar sites.
? Self-directed and disciplined to work with little supervision and able to take initiative to resolve issues directly with engineers.
? Technically competent and thorough enough to assert the pass/fail status of validation testing internally as well as potentially communicate results to customers.
