职位描述：
Job Requirements:

- Assistance in the translation of documents for HR BP team.(German translated into English)
- Support of HR specialist on expat allowance cost management and business trip
expense reimbursement.
- Support of HR specialist on expats work permit and residence permit management.
- Assisting in the process of optimizing of HR documentation.
- Scheduling and coordination of HR team events
- Other tasks assigned by HR BP manager.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Currently enrolled in a Master degree of English.
- Profound knowledge of English in translation, reading, writing and speaking.
- Good MS Office skills
- Interest in HRM.
- Organizational skills, independent and structured working method
- Initiative, personal commitment and communication skills

Others:
Location: Near Guang lan road, Line 2, Pudong New district, Shanghai
Duration: full or half time(ensure at least 3 workdays per week)
