1. 为客户提供学习、商务、探亲、旅游等各类旅游签证咨询服务
2. 收集和保留客户的信息，维护客户关系，更新系统客户信息
3. 为客户解答签证问题
4. 为客户解读申请材料清单
5. 签证资料的交接、复核审查和校对工作；
6. 在规定时间内完成上级下达的签证工作
7. 为合作方提供签证咨询

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历
2. 熟练操作办公软件软件
3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有较强的服务意识、耐心、仔细
4. 有优秀的英语读写能力
5. 工作积极主动，能够独立按时保质的完成工作任务
6. 需具备强烈的服务意识，较好的沟通及协调能力，较强的责任心和事业心，工作认真负责，做事条理分明； 举报 分享
