职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
？ Analyze product and component designs to improve product functionality and reduce cost using the following techniques: material substitution or standardization, part-count reduction, design simplification, manufacturing process simplification, etc.
？ Assess market and technology requirements by commodity to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
？ Can move on to other key initiatives, once plans and actions are underway for others
？ Collaborating across the organization to reduce material costs in products and achieve both short-term and long-term savings.
？ Conduct Value Chain Analysis to promote a supply chain design to deliver “should cost”
？ Creates an environment that fosters collaborative team work within and across functions
？ Deliver savings to the organization through technical and commercial projects that are managed with discipline and efficiency.
？ Interface with supporting organizations to develop existing and new sources of supply that will drive improved operational performance and technology development.
？ Demonstrate capability as change agent with creative problem solving and project management skills.
？ Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.
？ Demonstrate successful performance through financial metrics goal attainment.
？ Development/Implement Supply Chain Management strategies to establish a regional supply base in line with
global commodity strategies and local manufacturing requirements
？ Direction and management of external supplier personnel activities domestic and international
？ Discover and establish a robust supply base for existing and new products
？ Doesn’t give up before completing a task, even when dealing with setbacks.
？ Effectively lead the regional commodity team including: SQE, Engineering and Material Management in
developing projects to improve cost, delivery flexibility and world class quality.
？ Effectively lead sourcing activities including negotiation, quoting, PO issuing, and site support as needed.
？ Effectively plans and organizes teamwork and makes sure that the team’s work is equitably distributed
？ Establish business terms, agreements, and contracts with suppliers
？ Has the functional/technical knowledge and skills to perform a role at a consistently high level, even during periods of change and ambiguity
？ Holds employees, including former peers, accountable to performance expectations, through timely and constructive feedback
？ Interact with New Product Development Engineering, Sustain Engineering, Global Sourcing, Suppliers, Test Lab, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.
？ Keeps current on industry, company products, and technical knowledge, and uses that knowledge and skill to perform assignments at a high level.
？ Lead and manage cross-functional product cost reduction efforts and projects.
？ Lead complex strategic make/buy decisions involving products, components and services.
？ Leads team in a manner consistent with the Hill-Rom values
？ Listens to teams’ input, including when one disagrees and makes the team feel that their input has been considered
？ Manage supplier relationships with suppliers providing products and services driving best in class quality, cost, and delivery
？ Meets the expectations of internal and external customers and gains their respect
？ Proactively monitor and report on current commodity supplier opportunities and risks, market trends and technology roadmaps.
？ Serve as a business strategy/leadership/project management resource and technical resource and as a liaison to other technical function resources.
？ Support supply chain design model to enable Life Cycle Management
？ Support the Value Engineering program and educate functional groups and new product development teams on the approach
？ Work collaboratively with New Product Development and Sustaining teams to ensure alignment with technology leaders and customer requirements.

伟伦医疗设备（苏州）有限公司成立于2012年，主要产品包括视力筛选仪和一次性听诊器。
