Responsibility

Full responsibility as IT Manager for all IT infrastructure and software systems of all Semperit locations in China. Current locations are:
2 locations in Shanghai (Fengxian, Pudong), 1 location in Shandong
with a total of app. 120 PCs and app. 9 Servers
one IT Helpdesk employee
Ensure security, backup/recovery and disaster recovery to minimize business interruption
Setup and maintain IT Hard- and Software systems, especially servers
Supervise the IT Helpdesk employee, who's main task is End User Support for clients and printers; act as a backup in case of his absence
Close cooperation with the business functions to collect their demand, evaluate and implement IT solutions
Close cooperation with corporate IT Team to align IT solutions, implement and execute group IT policies and guidelines


Qualification

Microsoft Certified Level for Server 2008, Exchange, Microsoft Office 2010
Very good LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP knowledge
Good understanding of Internet Security settings (Proxy, Firewall)
Project management skills
excellent command of English in verbal and writing


Duties

Set up, configuration and administration of company's internal IT systems for smooth IT operation (Servers, Applications, clients, network components)
Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security
Administration of Active directory, email servers, mobile users
Support and educate end users in IT Systems usage
Manage all kind of IT Projects, external IT suppliers and contracts
Maintain an IT Asset register to monitor HW and SW license usage
Maintain IT Budget and actual spendings

Skills / Attributes Required

· Strong working knowledge of the following IT systems: Windows 2008 Server, MS Exchange 2007, Trend Micro IWSS, Cisco ASA, MS Office 2007/2010

· Good working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components

· Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software

· High level of service orientation towards customers (= IT users)

· Logical and structured thinking as well as project manager attitudes

Good understanding of business processes in an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience with ERP Systems, respective Finance and Logistics systems
