职位描述：
严格按照工作单和订单发料，注意不仅仅参考领料申请 - 生产根据工作单领料 / 包装根据订单做领料申请。领料做到有据可依，必须有工作单做为凭证，生产和包装主管签字确认方可发料。
Material out - Must issue the request according to our job sheet and production plan, also line supervisor should sign the request

收货时，务必严格按照上海的到料计划详细核对，如果没有上海通知务必先联系上海。对进仓货物必须严格根据收货单按质、按量验收，并根据发票记录的名称、规格、型号、单位、数量、记录入库单，并在货物上标明进货日期。属不符合质量要求的，坚决退货，严格把好质量关；收货必须有上海通知，发货明细，验货合格报告。
Material in - Must have delivery plan from shanghai planer and QC inspection report, the goods should be accepted based on correct information in invoice, such as item number, qty and so on. We have the right to reject the goods if any problem

每次收货前确认是否有包装破损并及时联系上海和供应商处理，对于严重的退货
Check the packing whether there is damage and contact SH&suppliers with some photos on time, reject if serious

半成品，成品入库，要有入库单，并和定单核对，核对无误后才能入库，并及时输入电脑。
Semi finished goods,finished goods in according to our plan, and update record on time.

每次要盖收获日期章
Stamp for each incoming

所有物料固定数量/固定位置堆放。
Correct Qty and location for each material

所有物料数量，仓位等相关信息及时更新
Timely update qty and location for each material

做好周盘每周六下班前发上海办公室。月底仓库盘点工作，及时结出月末库存数周上报上海办公室,上海办公室计划抽盘，做好各种单据报表的归档管理工作；<原材料，成品和半成品>
Weekly stock counting - each Sat.;Monthly stock counting - 28th each month,and send the reports to SH office, shanghai planner come over for check each month.

每天巡视仓库检查是否有错放，乱放等现象
Daily walk to check whether materials mixed,mistake to store and so on

任何标示不清晰或损坏请及时更新
Immediately update the mark if damaged or not so clear

下班时应检查门窗是否锁好，所有开关是否关好
Make sure windows, doors, switches well locked before day off

认真做好仓库的安全、整理工作，经常打扫仓库，整理堆放货物，及时检查火灾隐患
Make sure warehouse safty,tidy and well organized.

检查防盗、防虫蛀、防鼠咬、防霉变等安全措施和卫生措施是否落实，保证库存物资完好无损；
Check all the goods and facility to make sure anti-theft, anti moth, anti mildew, rat bite.

每天下午12点前务必将生产包装用料及时清点，下午2-4 点正式发放
Count material and component everyday before 12:00pm according to the request from line and release to each department by 2-4 pm.

灯芯 - 务必要分款整齐摆放，根据工作单知悉每款灯芯需要的数量，务必保证灯芯切好如数入库 - 仓库承担责任。包装相关人员务必保证每款灯芯用完之后返还仓库。
Wick - Make sure all the wicks well stored, confirm line demand according to job sheet and finish cutting then send back to warehouse

灯芯收货时 - 务必在卷轴处标记收货时间，检查是高温配方。
Need to mark arriving date on the reel and check if was 85 degree formula…. Also need to attach the testing report.

根据来料计划以及实际来料状况确认短缺物料，及时通知上海跟催
