OVERALL OBJECTIVES


To assist the National Retail Operation Manager delivering management /service trainings and necessary instructions / supports to the ECCO dealers, making efforts on the MS programs which can be smoothly executed in China.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Main Responsibilities

The Assistant Trainer will take part in the general sparring with the National Retail Operations Manager regarding development of training materials and the planning of the training activities .



The role will be very practical oriented, exercising in deals coaching and on-floor training throughout the region in order to push the deal Staff into delivering an excellent level of service towards all our consumers throughout the region. Practising what we preach is a core motivator within Retail .



· Assist the execution of MS program among ECCO dealers in China;

· Accurate MS shop list preparations;

· Check dates suggestions investigations in time;

· Logical instructions regarding the reports;

· Timely claim reports hand in;

· Active follow-up with all the issues reported;

· Correct MS results summary after each wave;

· MS rewards arrangements.

· Deliver management trainings to ECCO dealers;

· Good atmosphere in class;

· Good scores reflect on the test reports;

· Good effects in the demonstrations;

· Good feedback on the Trainer Evaluation Forms.

· Deliver basic service trainings to markets;

· Good atmosphere in class;

· Good scores reflect on the test reports;

· Good effects in the demonstrations;

· Good feedback on the Trainer Evaluation Forms.

· Shop service checks among the dealer markets with detailed instructions and communications.

· Shop visit reports need to be done;

· Communications with the dealers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the visited shops.

· Training materials preparations and sharing with the dealers;

· Assist the communications between HK and dealers markets.

· Any support related to the service training and the MS program to the dealers.





REQUIREMENTS


· Bachelor degree graduated;

· More than 3 years of experiences in retail or luxury industry;

· Good understanding of Fashion retail industry;

· Excellent Microsoft office skills on PPT, excel, word, outlook, etc;

· Excellent training skills;

· Good English skills including both speaking and writing;

· Good communication skills.

· Good communication and organizational skills;

· Have a heart and passion for training.
