Job description
1. to work on and arrange the whole ordering process including placing purchase order, customs declaration, delivery following up, payment arrangement and complaint if any
2. to organize new supplier audit and make yearly existing supplier evaluation
3. to monitor closely the delivery for each key project
4. to collect on time delivery data, quality problem record and make KPI report accordingly
5. to manage the drawings for existing product and to-be-localized articles
6. to coordinate between suppliers and project, QA and purchase department
7. to make supplier sourcing for new components and seek alternative supplier for existing products
8. to work on other assignment required by manager
Requirements
1. bachelor degree majoring in engineering
2. good english both in written and oral
3. good skill in office software
4. be able to work under pressure
5. to have at least two years experience in supplier and sourcing management in manufacture for electronic products
6. be familiar with supply chain management
