职位描述
工作内容:
1.负责公司产品品质保证：
①负责分供方材料进料质量保证：
1)负责供方资格的认可；
2)负责分供方的监控、优化、提升；
3)对于提交的有关原材料问题予以解决。
②负责过程质量控制:
1)设定公司整体质量控制方案、分解任务；
2)监控控制方案的实施情况及合格率变化，针对客观实际进行修正。
③负责最终质量控制:
1)保证出货符合客户质量要求；
2)清楚地了解客户、行业标准，提升产品质量；
3)针对客户反馈信息，修正控制方案，杜绝重复问题发生。
2.负责质量体系运行控制:
①各项工作严格按照程序文件执行；
②制订内审计划，监控内审工作，提交管理评审。
3.审核审批与体系有关的各类文件
①维护现有文件有效性；
②发生变更时，对已更新的文件的有效性进行评估，予以审批；
③引入外来文件时，确认外来文件的有效性、适应性。
4.与其他部门协作共同满足现有及潜在的客户需求。
任职资格:
教育背景: 理工类或相关专业本科以上学历。受过生产管理、管理学、管理技能开发、项目管理、产品知识等方面的培训。
工作经验: 5年以上质量管理经验。
技能技巧:
1.熟悉所在产业、行业的生产过程，熟悉原材料的供应渠道；
2.熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；
3.熟练使用办公软件；
4.良好的英文基础。
工作态度:
1.具有敬业精神和拼搏精神，能够带领团队，发挥较好的团队合作精神；
2.优秀的表达能力、沟通能力、领导能力，能够承受高强度的工作压力。

Hoppecke Battery Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Hoppecke Batterien GmbH & Co KG, supplies the fullest ranges of batteries especially on Stationary battery (Lead acid), Traction battery (Lead acid), and FNC (Fabric Nickel Cadmium) battery to customers. We have participated quite a lot of large facility constructions and projects in China such as Three Gorges Dam, West-east Pipe-line, Lianyungang Nuclear Power Plant, Guangzhou Exhibition Center, Shanghai Metro, Shenzhen Metro, etc.
