Job description:

You analyze existing business processes, establish strengths and weaknesses and define new and modified process together with central SCM department. From your previous project work you may provide your ideas and experience.

Afterwards you must implement the new and modified process in the organization with following main tasks:

· Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, procurement & Logistics, production, etc.

· Successful implementation of new and modified process in ERP System together with IT

· Responsible for Coaching and structured training program, where needed (e.g.: work flow, Using ERP System etc.)

· Regularly monitoring of Performance and Reporting after implementation


Qualifications:

· Ability to lead cross-functionally

· Proven analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent communication, Team building and organizational skills

· At least a 4 year Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations or Engineering

· Experience in SCM, procurement or logistics areas

· Fluency in English is a must and Fluency in German is a plus

· Prior Project management experience or international business experience is a plus

· Experience using SAP / Accpac or other ERP software packages

· Excellent Microsoft packages (Word, PPT, Excel) skills
