职位描述：
I. Tasks / activities:
？ Anticipate regulatory impact and develop & implement proactive strategies including pre-vention oriented systems
？ Establish site safety, health and environmental programs, integrate HSE management sys-tem into site safe work process
？ Ensure full compliance for all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to department and job functions for assigned team.
？ Continuously track for changes in requirements (e.g. IMDG, IATA, OSHA, DOT).
？ Coordinating (external & internal) training and certifications for colleagues (e.g. IMDG, IATA, OSHA, DOT).
？ Reporting and annual certifications for government organizations (e.g. OSHA, DHEC)
？ Manage inspections/audits from governmental organizations
？ Full support on incident investigation and provide solution to avoid reoccurrences, consolidate incident report
？ Fulfill leadership role in the integration of environmental and safety excellence
？ Assure the integration of technical HS&E requirements in alignment with Mankiewicz Be-haviors as well as site needs.
？ Establish & maintain a teamwork environment in support of customers and site teams.
？ Direct a strong safety awareness program to drive safety culture change, insisting on con-sistent implementation of policies and procedures
？ Support and participate in productivity improvement efforts Interface with regulatory agen-cies relative to HSE inspections, inquiries and associated corrective action plans.

II. Knowledge / skills required:
？ Knowledge of Incident Investigation
？ Sound knowledge of current HSE legislation
？ Understanding of engineering processes and procedures
？ Able to work as part of a team
？ Ability to develop HSE plans, campaigns & strategies for improvement and sharing of les-sons learnt
？ Ability to recognize strategic opportunities and focus EHS resources to meet critical busi-ness needs
？ Ability to manage internal relationships with various departments
？ Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Education Requirements :
？ BS/BA degree in environmental engineering, safety engineering or related field
？ National registered safety engineer preferred

  Experience Requirements:
？ Minimum 5 years of EHS experience
