职位描述
工作内容：
1.根据售后服务的需求，处理好退回电池的处理、维护/更换/测试等工作（上海地铁维护项目/10天一列车的工作进度）
2.清洁/维护售后服务车间的相关设备
3.协助服务工程师的服务区域的客户/代理商就产品进行产品的更新及产品的使用维护及现场安装
4.及时协助售后服务工程师处理所负责的客户投诉，提供解决方案并跟踪方案的实施，提高客户的满意度。
5.完成售后服务经理需要协助的其它相关工作。
要求：
1.机械/电气/化学,中专以上学历；
2.2年以上工业产品维修工作经验；
3.有电工证/钳工证/叉车证等特殊工种证件。
