职位描述：
1. Daily check and review payment document and supporting, make sure to compliance with company policy;

2. Ensure specify urgent payment and normal payment proposal can be released on time. Especially store level expense, such as store rental, management fee, utility expense and other operation expense;

3. Accuracy accrual booking in month end according to provided data. Clearing accrual expense in the following month;

4. Month end bank reconciliation. Ensure efficiency and reasonable clearing. Make sure no long-aging unclear item; Maintain account balance sheet report and deliver report in specify date with appropriate comments. Follow up with business depart for pending item and timely clear long aging pending issue;

5. Monthly follow up GRIR different item report download from system. Communicate with business team to provide correct comments for each item. Organize cross function conference to settle pending item. Make effort to smooth of payment process;

6.Tracing invoice of non-invoice payment each month by sending out tracing report then update appropriate comments. Update system record after receiving original invoice. Provide tax-loss list for depart head review each quarter; 举报 分享
