职位描述：
为外资客户提供财务外包服务及其他咨询服务，包括但不限于：
Provide foreign invested client with financial outsourcing and consulting services, include but limited to:
1 对于中华人民共和国所适用的企业会计准则的遵守
Comply with the PRC GAAP
2 根据国家会计制度为客户进行账务处理、出具财务报表
Make bookkeeping and issue the financial statement for client in accordance with the applicable accounting regulations of P.R.C.
3 定期分析检查账务数据，及时发现问题并准确解决
Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling problems in a timely and accurate manner
4 整理、装订、妥善保管客户的会计凭证、账簿、报表及其他相关资料
Bind, trim and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other documents of the clients
5 在不违反法律规定的情况下为客户申领、开具增值税发票及认证增值税专用发票
Apply for, issue and verify the VAT invoices in compliance with the laws on behalf of the clients
6 根据税法及相关条例规定，为客户计算税金并安排纳税申报（月度、季度或者年度），包括增值税、个人所得税、企业所得税等
Calculate and fill in the tax return in compliance with the taxation laws on behalf of the clients
7 为客户办理银行结算及其他相关事宜，例如：资本金结汇
Deal with the bank settlement and other related services for the clients, e.g. capital settlement
8 负责对财务工作有关的外部及政府部门，如税务局、财政局、银行、会计事务所等联络、沟通工作
Responsible for communication with various government authorities and other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office, banks and accounting firms
9 运用英语或中文与客户进行沟通，维护良好的客户关系
Communicate with the clients in English or Chinese, maintain good relationship with the clients
10 其它特定项目的会计及税务工作服务
Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to other specific projects for clients
11 公司交办的其他事项
Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements and skills (工作要求)

1 财务相关专业，本科或本科以上学历
Bachelor or above degree major in accounting, finance or other related fields
2 3年以上财务相关工作经验，有外商投资企业或者财务外包相关经验者优先
More than 3 years full-time working experiences related to accounting or finance, working experiences in a WOFE or financial outsourcing company is a plus
3 会计初级职称
Possession of certification as a junior level Chinese professional accountant is a plus
4 有出口退税操作经验者优先
Has the experiences in tax-refund operation is a plus
5 了解基本的企业会计准则及中国的税法知识
Familiar with the knowledge of PRC GAAP and China Taxation Laws
6 熟练操作用友、金蝶及办公软件，有SAP或者Exact经验者优先
Skilled in operate the UFIDA and Kingdee, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, the experiences in SAP or Exact software is a plus
7 较强的客户服务意识及技巧
Good customer service attitude and skills
8 能够适应经常有时间期限性质的工作
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
9 诚实可靠、工作细致，注重团队合作精神，分析问题解决问题能力强
