<STRONG><B>Main Responsibilities:</B></STRONG>
<UL>
<LI>Evaluate and review the distribution footprint within APAC reign (mainland China excluded), setting a strategy consistent with the Company targets</LI>
<LI>New Customers hunting and evaluation</LI>
<LI>Propose targets in terms of sales, m/s and profitability, set a commercial strategy to achieve them and follow them up</LI>
<LI>Ensure Yearly and ad-hoc negotiations with customers over terms and conditions and commercial / marketing policies</LI>
<LI>Provide sales forecast and manage the evolution in cooperation with supply chain (demand planning) in order to support Brembo delivery service level.</LI></UL>

<B>Qualifications:</B>
<UL>
<LI>Bachelor’s Degree or above in business administration/ trading/ sales/ marketing.</LI>
<LI>8 years working experience of sales manager role in multinational cooperation environment, including 3years in automotive aftermarket industry. Experience of exposures in APAC or oversea markets is a plus.</LI>
<LI>Strong sales/ business acumen.</LI>
<LI>Price and quotation management skills in various channel/ customer segments. </LI>
<LI>Strong presentation skills and social relationship skills especially cross-cultural environment.</LI>
<LI>Data analytical skills and reporting skills.</LI>
<LI>Sounds understanding to marketing, finance and logistics knowledge</LI>
<LI>Can work independently and under pressure.</LI>
<LI>Proficient knowledge in MS office, including Word, Excel (very important) and PowerPoint;</LI>
<LI>Good command of English both in written and oral; additional language skills of Japanese will be also a plus.</LI></UL>
