职位描述：
1 Implements Quality Management System for Quality Assurance and Control in Operations
2 Implements and complies with Elders technology standards and GMPs in Operations
3 Complies with all local regulatory requirements and ethnic and religious requirements are in place and attained
4 Develops, implements and updates HACCP plan from design to consumption and puts in place, validates and verifies prerequisite programs for risk mitigation
5 Applies traceability, controls, inspection and sampling plans aligned with the requirements and risks such as allergens, microbiological and chemical contamination
6 Conducts required testing and release to assess Quality throughout production cycle and applies good laboratory practices
7 Reviews and Analyzes operational KPIs, data and document results for trends to maintain quality performance in required ranges
8 Conducts process capability validation studies and uses information to validate specification limits
9 Uses, maintains and calibrates relevant measurement equipment
10 Monitors suppliers performance for bought in materials and services with Procurement to improve quality of inbound materials by acting on performance trends, engaging suppliers, promoting continuous improvement and identifying best practices 举报 分享
