The Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Responsible is accountable to:
? Administer the human resources management including compensation, benefits and HR administration
? Ensure that all compensation and benefit areas are properly executed
Main Responsibilities
Secure Compensation and Benefits procedure and process
? Supervise the payroll service provider in the processing of the monthly staff and prepare all the required reports
? Support the International Assignment Responsible to process the monthly payroll for Expats and prepare all the required reports
? Administer benefit schemes, including provident fund, medical insurance, etc.
? Calculate termination or final payment and arrange check-out procedures
? Prepare employment contracts and make necessary arrangements for new starters
? Assist in regular remuneration benchmarking exercises, annual salary review and budgeting
? File tax returns with the Inland Revenue Department (applicable to Hong Kong only)
Provide HR Administration Support
? Compile various HR reports such as staff list, turnover rate report, staff movement report, etc.
? Update and maintain the personnel records
? Handle general insurance matters
? Assist in handling staff enquiries in relation to the rewards and benefits policies
? Perform other HR duties and/or ad hoc projects as required from time to time
Education and Experience requirements
? University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
? Solid experience in compensation & benefit management within a multi-national company
Knowledge and Skill requirements
? Well-versed in the Employment Law
? Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office
? Proficient in spoken and written English
? Good communication skills and people oriented
? Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedules both independently and in a team with initiatives
? Experience in dealing with payroll service providers
