Tasks of the jobholder / 工作职责
※ Functional Tasks / 业务职责:
"Confirm matching prices and quantities on PO and Invoice; Prepare customs declaration documents for KLCN imports; communicate with customs/customs agents for clarification when necessary.
确保价格和数量与采购订单及发票内容一致；为KLCN的进口业务准备报关单等相关材料；如有必要，与海关及相关负责机构进行沟通。"
"Perform customs agent evaluations and follow up on improvement measures.
对报关代理人进行评估并跟进改进措施。"
"Prepare payment forms based on invoice & import declaration documents (including taxes & freight costs) for Finance.
根据发票及进口报关单等相关材料（包括关税及货运成本），向财务部门进行报销。"
"Inform warehouse about arrival schedule of deliveries and update arrival time in ERP system.
通知仓库相关的交货安排并及时更新ERP系统中的到货时间。"
"Perform forwarder management, including forwarder evaluations, goods returns, monthly invoice checking, claim issuing, etc.
对货运公司进行管理，包括服务评估，月度发票审核，索赔申请等。"
"Clear goods from bonded warehouse in coordination with customers. Maintain and updated bonded goods related processes and work instructions.
协助客户保税区货物清关。维护与更新保税区相关流程。"
"Keep current processes on local and international laws and regulations related to import and export and advise superior if current processes require changes. Ensure 100% trade compliance.
确保现今的操作流程符合当地及国际的进出口法律法规,并在相应的法律法规需要修改时，及时知会上级主管。确保100%的贸易合规。"
"Act as backup for other colleagues in the Logistics function during absences.
当相关同事缺席时协助处理物流部相关事务"
"Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk.
参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目，支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响，发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知HSE部门或SEO。"
"Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities.

Qualification / 职能要求
※ 须具备的要求:
"Bachelor degree or above in logistics or related field;
物流或相关专业本科及以上学历；"
"At least 3-years experience about import & export business,Good knowledge of international trade and China customs compliance ， good command of ERP system;
至少三年以上进出口业务工作经验，熟悉国际贸易规则和中国海关规定；了解ERP系统。"
"Good communication skills & team spirit to build up trustworthy relationship with all internal customers;
良好的沟通技巧与团队精神，以建立与所有内部客户之间相互信赖的关系；"
"Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, able to work under pressure;
良好的组织能力，高度责任感，能够在压力下工作；"
"Good communication in English, fluent in speaking and writing especially when communicating with oversea countries;
良好的英语沟通能力，尤其当与国外进行沟通时，口语与书面语流利；"
