岗位职责：

1.负责UCC项目的实施跟进，日常工单的完成

2.负责CC、UC等项目的维护工作，包含日常监控，现场响应，远程支持等

任职要求：

1. 计算机、通讯等相关专业本科
2. 熟练使用Windows ／ Linux操作系统
3. 熟练使用Oracle ／ SQLServer 等主流数据库
4. 熟练使用Apache ／ Tomcat ／ IIS等主流Web容器
5. 具备一定的网络和交换机相关知识
6. 熟练掌握语音PBX相关知识
7. 对呼叫中心业务有一定了解

   8.对CTI产品或者其它品牌呼叫中心产品（Genesys、Avaya、Cisco、华为等）有实际经验者优先考虑
