Job Scope:
1.Develop, select, audit and evaluate supplier.
2.Work with supplier for RFQ and ensure technical engineering and quality requirements are adequately defined and communicated to supplier.
3.Negotiation on price, delivery, payment terms and contract requirements.
4.Time control for new product introduction and follow up with supplier for on-time sample submission and approval status.
5.Maintain and update the price and supplier master data in SAP.
6.Cost saving analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
7.Trouble shooting with vendor and R&D.
8.Engineer change notice implementation and action plan issuing.
9.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Education and skills required:
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
2.Knowledge of mechanical parts manufacturing and quality assurance practices
3.Fluent spoken and writing ability of English.
4.Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
5.Understanding basic cost accounting.
6.Self-disciplined and honest.
7.Team-player & Can-Do attitude
Experience required:
1.3+ years work experience in souring field in an international company, EMS or HMI industrial will be a plus2.Global sourcing experience will be a plus 举报 分享
