Customer Service Rep:
The primary focus is to coordinate daily activities of RMA requests with customers requirements to ensure timely and on-time fulfillment of all the customer requests for spare parts repair and replacement. Manage RA system and SAP system to ensure the accurate database and on time transaction. Perform inventory management, including weekly cycle counting.
Job:
1. validate warranty claim over SAP system, verify physical parts returned by customers, document it in RA system and send RMA to customer for both warranty and chargeable parts;
2. update RA system, warranty database and SAP for RMA to ensure the accurate database and on time transaction;
3. arrange repairable and non-repairable part replacement;
4. coordinate repairable part with repair centers;
5. prepare documentation for shipment;
6. take charge of spares inventory, weekly cycle count, ensure the accuracy both in physical and system information;
7. submit RMA report and spares Inventory report promptly and regularly.
Qualification:
1. diploma or degree holder
2. 1-2 years work experience preferred, fresh graduates are also acceptable
3. good interpersonal and customer service skills
4. teamwork spirit and basic English ability
