1、全面负责公司的生产运营，合理组织协调工厂的人、材、物、料，确保生产正常运营；

2、配合组织审定技术管理标准，编制生产工艺流程，新产品开发并组织试生产等；
3、贯彻执行公司的成本控制目标，在保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本；
4、及时召开生产会议，听取各单位的工作汇报并及时给出处理意见；
5、完成公司交给的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、30岁以上，本科以上学历优先考虑，企业管理专业为佳；
2、十年以上生产主管工作经验；
3、具有管理能力，具有塑料模制作以及注塑成型的经验，熟识生产流程，能督促工厂各部门的日常生产活动，并其进行掌控、协调、考核，有绝对的执行力；

Santec is a Singapore based company with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with affiliation operations in Vietnam and Indonesia. We specialize in prototyping, tool & die fabrication, and precision metal stamping production. Our China subsidiary, Santec Precision (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, was established in 2002 and located in Malu town, Jiading district of Shanghai. It is now 80 people strong and growing. Santec in Shanghai currently export 60% to overseas market, mainly to USA & SE Asia. The major market sectors we served are telecommunication, computer peripherals, and point of sales.
