Customer Responsibilities:

? Greet and announce visitors to the office
? Manage a multi-line phone system
? Manage the schedule for meeting rooms
? Ensure meeting room services are prepared

Administrative Responsibilities:

? Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
? Coordinate couriers and delivery services, hand out couriers
? Assist in preparing customer information packs for mailing
? Assist preparing expense/payment requests
? Provide other various administrative tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor

Dulwich College International (DCI) started operations in China in 2003, with the establishment of Dulwich College in Shanghai, a co-educational, academic institution offering education to the expatriate community, with the same educational philosophy of Dulwich College in London. Following the success of Shanghai, DCI has established Dulwich Colleges in Beijing, Suzhou, and Seoul. In December 2011 it was announced that Dulwich College International will open its fifth Dulwich College International school in Singapore in August 2014.

Along with expanding the Dulwich College international schools, DCI has opened Dulwich College International High School Programmes in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, located next to Macau; and in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The High School Programmes are aimed at providing the Dulwich concept of education to local Chinese students wishing to study at universities overseas. The success of these Colleges and Programmes has established DCI as a leading provider of international school education in Asia.
