Responsibilities
职责

1、Maintain existing system and offer technical support to the users.
维护现有系统，并为其提供技术支持

2、Maintain company’s network servers like file server.
维护公司的网络服务器

3、Internal e-mail system maintenance such as user creation/deletion, group assignment and troubleshooting.
内部e-mail 系统的维护，例如用户帐号的建立/删除、组成员的分配以及相关问题的发现和解决；

4、Daily routine of LAN administration including user account management, authorization, security, and file system management; Ensure the security of all the desktops and servers.
日常的局域网管理工作，包括用户帐号管理、授权、安全和文件系统管理；确保所有桌面系统和服务器的安全

5、Offer technical support to end users including PC software and hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and remote technical support.
为公司最终用户提供包括PC软硬件安装、维护、问题发现与解决、远程用户协助方面的技术支持

6、Manage suppliers' computers, include recorded computer number, code, type, USB and connection; Format disk when computers remove from office.
管理供应商电脑及设备，负责硬件信息登记，以及为搬离设备进行格式化处理。


Requirements
岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1、Bachelor degree or above with major in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related disciplines.
计算机科学、计算机工程、信息技术或相关专业本科或以上学历

2、Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows platform (Windows 2008/2012 server, Windows 7 pro/Windows XP).
对Windows平台（Windows 2008/2012 server, Windows 7 pro/Windows XP）有丰富的知识和实践经验

3、Good English skills.
