1.Deal with all administration affairs, including phone/visitors’ reception; handle express delivery; buy/dispatch stationery; In charge of the company’s office supply and submit the statistics reporting so as to keep the budget; purchase office equipments ( telephone, computer, printer, fax, scanner, etc.); liaise with office equipment suppliers to ensure normal running of office equipments; print business cards; liaise with green suppliers to maintain greens in the offices; Employee birthday card management；

2. Assist for all attendance management. Report daily attendance to management. Keeping Day off request and overtime in file, report monthly attendance form for payroll.;

  

协助日常考勤的管理。每日手工考勤汇报、请假登记、加班登记、协助月度考勤汇总等；

  

3. Be responsible for the company car management, including shuttle bus and ad-hoc car management, and calculate the cost every month.

  

负责公司所有行政车的管理，包括班车、行政/外叫车的管理，确保车辆正常调度及运行，并每月统计相关费用。

  

4. Be responsible for the canteen management, including the supplier audit and daily operation. Do the satisfactory survey to collect everyone’s advice and communication to colleague and supplier to ensure the normal function

5.Be responsible for company’s security/ cleaner’s management and keep other office support;

6.Update the “Mobile phone and extension number list” on public disk and announce it;. Notice-board management;

专业技能及岗位要求COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  

 

  

· 大专以上学历， 三年以上工作经验，专业、正面的形象，亲和的行为举止；

  

College above, at least three year’s related working experience; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build report with a variety of individuals.

  

· 优秀的时间管理能力 – 有能力在多任务情况下及时完成相关任务；

  

Good time management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work within given time deadlines.

  

· 有较强逻辑分析能力。

  

Strong logical capability and data analysis capability.

  

· 熟练操作办公软件，特别是 Word, Excel和Outlook;

  

Good MS Office skill: Outlook, Excel, Word.

  

· 优秀的口头、书面及陈述能力；大学英语四级以上者优先考虑；
