职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Maintain strong working relationships with current clients.维护现有客户良好的客户关系。
2. Client recruitment and development-expand the client base, especially in 4&5 Star hotels, high end restaurants, wine loungers/bars，private customers, off trade and local wholesalers on premise accounts. Having an existing client base , especially a strong private customer base will be a preferred asset for the successful candidate.
开发新客户，如酒店，高端餐饮，酒吧酒廊,私人客户，商超及市级批发代理商等优质客户。有客户资源，尤其是私人客户资源的优先。
3. Achieve sales targets set out by General Manager 达成总经理设定的目标
4. Identify sales prospects in Shanghai and surrounding outside cities, develop new business contacts and maintain current accounts as assigned.寻找上海及上海周边潜在客户，开拓新的业务渠道
5. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contact to be made.针对目标客户制定相应的行动计划及日程。
6. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, wine dinners, tastings参与展会，酒宴，品酒等市场活动
7. Follow-up for collection of payment-AR on a strict schedule按时催收账款
8. Organize Supplier visits, wine dinners, chef promotions and various publicity events to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.参与组织供应商来访，酒宴，促销等市场活动，并从中寻找新客户。

任职要求：
- 3-5 years of relevant wine and/or spirits sales experience 3-5年葡萄酒或烈酒销售经验
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and extensive organizational ability are requirements.善于沟通交流，有良好的组织能力 举报 分享
