Warehouse & Showroom Supervisor

CHAPIN HOUSE is a mid-luxury to high-luxury furniture retailer in Shanghai. Founded in 2009, we are owned an operated by Americans with more than 17 years in the retail home furnishings industry.

We are a young (6+ years in business), but growing furniture company. We currently have 2 locations (Jinqiao & Xintiandi) and plan to open more in the near future. We provide a fun, international job experience with lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth. The American owners only speak English, so it is used for all internal communication. Good English is required. This position would be located in the Jinqiao showroom.

We need a Showroom / Warehouse operations supervisor. The duties would include:

Manage warehouse and delivery staff.
Accept incoming shipments and move to backstock.
Plan outbound deliveries to customers.
Update ownership on current inventory situation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in similar position (3+ years experience preferred).
Professional demeanor, style, appearance with a sense of humor.
Solid written & verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
High level of integrity, passion and work ethic.
Ability to successfully work independently of daily direction.
