岗位职责：

早教中心（学员面向0-6岁学龄前儿童）

1）能够通过各类渠道，开拓市场，挖掘潜在客户信息，并有效到达；

2）向来电或来访的家长介绍学校特色、教材特色、课程设置、师资情况，解答家长疑问；

3）接待意向客户，对客户的现场咨询提供专业的咨询服务，挖掘、理解客户需求，并匹配符合客户需求的学习计划；

4）对在读学员进行不定期的跟踪随访，促成在读学员的续读及客户转介，确保达到销售目标；

5）定期收集并整理同行业信息，以及在读学员、潜在客户的建议，对产品设计等提出有效建议；

6）协助组织实施各类学员活动及促销活动；

7）完成其他有利于推进课程销售相关工作。

任职要求：

1 大专以上学历，具有早教行业销售经验者优先；师范类、英语、心理学专业毕业，或有相关资格证者优先；

2 了解并热爱早教行业，对教育行业有一定的认识和理解，具有良好的沟通技巧和强烈的销售意识；

3 具备较强的学习能力和应变力；

4 具有一定的数据收集与分析能力；

5 对孩子有爱心、耐心和责任心，形象气质俱佳，有强烈的进取心和抗压能力。

Registered in 2016, 123+ Growth Center studied various of advanced early education theories and formed its unique philosophy and methodology that customized for Chinese children. According to the different growth period, specific interests training and touch and feel courses will be tailored for individual child. Meanwhile, education for family members will be also emphasized to help parents to adept to their new roles, and ensure the growth of the whole family.
